Burj Al Arab


Burj Al Arab (Arabic language, "Arabian Tower") is a luxury hotel that is located on an artificial island 270 meters off the coast of Dubai, UAE.

With a height of 321 meters, is the second highest hotel in the world (exceeded only by the Rose Rotana Hotel) and one of the most representative buildings hoteliers. It is located at sea on an artificial island located just 270 meters from the beach in the Persian Gulf, which is connected to shore by a road.

The building was started in 1994 and was officially launched on December 1, 1999. Its form is inspired by a sailing boat and is located in a specific area in order that your shadow does not cover the beach. At the highest point of the hotel is a heliport, which is used as a tennis court when they are not receiving helicopters.
